Expeditions. REQUEST A CATALOG. EPI’s field expeditions are a better way to travel. On our programs students and teachers get to help out scientists, collect real data, and work with endangered wildlife. This is travel that gives back.
Development. EPI offers a range of field-based professional development programs for educators: trainings in the NGSS, Teacher Workshops, and its flagship program, the EPI Teacher Fellowship. Participants can earn credit from the University of Hamline or the University of Montana. A small pool of scholarship funds are available for financial aid.
The EPI Teacher Fellowship was established in 2013 as a professional development program that gives a diverse range of educators an opportunity to collaborate with one another on real-world conservation projects and learn EPI’s methods for teaching field science. Applications are currently OPEN. Fellowship closes September 1, 2021.
