May 13, 2014 · Make sure you are using IE 10 or 11 or eClinicalworks simply won’t load. Please set every user profile IE settings has “never” set under “website data settings” located in tools, internet options, browser history settings. Make sure UAC is turned off. Restart eCW server services.

I’m working with a New Practice, and setting up their server/software environment. I’m looking for help with 2 things right now. An .msi package so I can deploy the install to workstations, currently the web portal downloads exe files for the user to install and they don’t have admin rights to install so I need to load this from the server.

Aug 13, 2011 · The reports do not run correctly and need to be checked thoroughly prior to being sent out. The cloud was supposed to make things easier however; we are down more then ever. Yet the amount we pay for support is much higher. Bottom line is while the product may be good, when it is working, the support is absolutely awful causing much down time.
